Job Description:

Responsible for providing program partners with support services and follows up on all reporting done by program partners as well as administers several special programs for PWNA.

Essential Functions:

Work cooperatively and closely with partnership development coordinators handling program partner problems or concerns.

  • Monthly communication with program partners, i.e., email, thank you cards, letters with ideas for new activities, etc.
  • Follow up on late reports from program partners.
  • Provide warehouse tours to visiting program partners.
  • Monthly visit in person with program partners in need of assistance as needed.
  • Provide positive feedback to motivate program partner participation.
  • Gather program partner feedback and post to appropriate logs or databases.
  • Provide input to program development and revision.
  • Work cooperatively with PDC’s or other Programs staff to generate follow-up reminders to program partners. Post cards, form letters, etc.
  • Work with Programs staff on quarterly newsletter.
  • Provide technical assistance to struggling program partners.
  • Contact program partner for follow-up after delivery—7 day calls.
  • Follow up on reports of program partners not following PWNA guidelines.
  • Record data from program partners - measurable indicators and feedback.
  • Record all relevant information related to better serving the partner, including product preferences, specific delivery instructions, partner strengths and partner concerns.
  • Monitors and tracks effectiveness of volunteer projects and maintains a positive and lasting relationship with volunteers.
  • Coordinates all field trips along with PDC’s.or.
  • Makes follow-up calls to program partners when reports are due or information is needed, increases timely follow-up.
  • Reviews reports
  • Works with all staff on the coordination of PWNA staff visits.
  • Work cooperatively with all other PWNA offices.
  • Works with program partners and assists with the development of incentive programs and providing program information to new program partners.
  • Be a major contributor when reviewing programs for changes and/or monitoring.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Work Conditions:

Hours generally Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30 (30 min lunch)

Overtime may be required as needed

20% travel time

Experience and Skills:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or combined education and experience equivalent to 4 year degree.
  • Experience working on Indian reservations.
  • Must be able to drive and have a valid license.
  • Must be able to read, write, and present program information and data.
