Job Description:

Title: Service Coordinator
Reporting To: Program Manager-Material Services
FLSA Classification: non-exempt hourly
Employment Type: Full-Time

General Position Summary
Serve as a primary contact with partner organizations on American Indian reservations. Make determination of qualification for various services and match partner organizations with the most appropriate services we offer. Make decisions regarding inventory selections to support partner organizations. Process all partner requests for services, generate warehouse orders, support and encourage partners. Focus on customer service and relationship building with partner organizations

Position Specific Competencies

Be very familiar with our service area, community needs, community strengths and reservation service structure, stay informed of changes

Communication with Partners
Communicate regularly with partner organizations regarding the status of their requests and deliveries, documenting all communication with partners using customer service software

Keep desktop procedures up-to-date.

Fully educate partner organizations on the benefits and requirements of working with PWNA. Be familiar with PWNA service, selection criteria and guidelines

Periodically attend and assist with events of partner organizations

Select inventory that will support the programs of the partner organizations. Regularly review inventory in order to be able to better support our partners

Listen to PWNA partners and interact with all program personnel with dignity, respect and a high degree of cultural awareness, matching partner's organizations with the most appropriate service

Process partner requests

Retain and motivate partners while recognizing and addressing their needs and concerns

Staff Planning
Actively participate in staff and planning meetings. Provide regular status updates to management

Warehouse Management
Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel regarding orders and inventory issues
